This one-of-a-kind, 1,250 sq. ft. loft perfectly blends industrial charm with contemporary functionality, offering an exceptional backdrop for photo shoots, video productions, and podcast recordings.
Built in 1910, the studio maintains its historic character with exposed brick, expansive windows, and unique architectural details, creating an inspiring environment for any creative project.

Natural or controlled—your lighting, your way.
One side features large windows with beautiful natural light and historic brick and beams from 1910, adjustable with v-flats or diffusion. The other offers a fully controlled setup—perfect for custom lighting builds.

What is included with my studio rental?
Every booking includes access to professional lighting equipment, seamless backdrops, and studio furniture. Additional gear and studio assistant services are available upon request.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes! We offer studio tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a walk-through.
How early can I arrive before my rental time?
Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled booking time. Your reservation starts and ends at the exact times you choose.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
Are food and drinks allowed inside the studio?
Yes, but only in the designated kitchenette area. To protect our equipment and sets, no food or drinks are allowed near backdrops, props, or furniture.
What types of projects can be booked at DowntownStudio?
Our space is perfect for photography, video shoots, interviews, podcasts, product shoots, branding sessions, and more. If you have a specific project in mind, feel free to reach out.
